"Career Counselor
Everyone at Accenture is assigned a career counselor. This is someone who works in an area close to one’s own and who can give advice. Career counselors help one plan career steps, discuss any issues and decide how to develop one’s skills. While everyone is in charge of his or her own career (see Best People), career counselors are people individuals can turn to for career advice and guidance. This is a more formal relationship than the buddy."
Stasera ho incontrato per la prima volta il mio career counselor e per l'occasione ho prenotato da Rosario; la cena è stata molto piacevole e la chiacchierata, molto informale, assolutamente utile ed istruttiva.
